Warehouse shelves are composed of column pieces, beams, and laminates. The difference between the main frame and the auxiliary frame is mainly in the number of column pieces. The main frame is composed of two column pieces and several layers of beams and laminates, while the auxiliary frame has only one column piece. Since the sub-frame has only one column piece, the sub-frame must be used in conjunction with the main frame, while the main frame can exist alone.
Usually we call the first group of each row of shelves the main rack, and the rest are defined as auxiliary racks. In addition to saving columns and cost, the shelves with the main and auxiliary rack structures have other advantages:
1. It is easy and fast to install, assemble at will, and adjust the height at will.
2. It has strong bearing capacity and is suitable for use in various large warehouses.
3. Save space, be neat and convenient, and improve efficiency.
4. The shelves are assembled, easy to disassemble, beautiful, safe and reliable.
5. The shelves' columns and beams are rationally designed according to mechanics and formed by mold rollers, which has a good cost performance.
6. The shelf parts have undergone surface treatments such as rust removal, oil removal, pickling, phosphating, and spraying, and have a long service life.
